About Annie

May 23rd, 1999. Born in Taipei, Taiwan.

Age 15, the first time I came to Boston, never thought that I will be back for study.

Age 18, chose Graphic Arts and Communications as my major in undergrad.

Age 21, decided to study abroad and started preparing for the tests.

Age 23, received the offer from Emerson, came all my way to Boston.

I’m usually not a person who enjoy planning, but pursuing my passions made me pave my career path ahead before I even realized. Passion leads the way, letting me to get closer to who I want to become and what I want to do later in my life.

I’m a person with creativity and aesthetics, I enjoy designing and problem-solving, also observing people around me. For me, design involves a huge part of observations, it made you know your targets better, and the reflections make you know yourself better. It’s important to know yourself and who you want to become.

I can’t be sure that what kind of adult I will end up being. But I expect myself to always explore like a kid and solve problems like an adult. Dare to take risks and not afraid to dream big. Just like what I was told when I first came to Boston. Dream big.

And now is the time for me to learn, to feel, to share, and to design better.
